Well-being goes beyond stress management; it’s about creating a workplace culture where people feel supported, connected, and valued. In this interactive session, participants will explore whole-person wellness and the powerful role community plays in sustaining it. Through reflection and practical discussion, attendees will identify small, realistic steps that strengthen both individual well-being and team culture.

Workshop for home visitors and family support workers: Simple Practices for Sustainable Well-Being, Wyletta Johnson: Sustainable well-being doesn’t come from big changes; it grows from small, consistent practices and supportive communities. In this engaging session, participants will explore how stress affects overall wellness and reflect on the role self-care plays in maintaining balance. Together, we will discuss how community support strengthens well-being in the workplace and beyond. Participants will leave with a simple, personalized well-being plan they can turn to during challenging moments, along with practical ideas for supporting a culture of care within their team.

Speaker Bio: Wyletta Johnson, Be Well Care Well CoachWyletta Johnson is a doctoral candidate in General Psychology with an emphasis in Cognition and Instruction. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Wyletta serves as a Be Well Care Well Coach for Curricula Concepts, Inc. based in Arkansas. She is a mother to Darius and Tristan, and actively shares her family’s journey with autism to raise awareness and celebrate neurodiversity.
