Project EAGLE of the University of Kansas Medical Center is expanding its Early Head Start program to include an additional 98 children in center based services. These services will be provided in Project EAGLE's Educare of Kansas City Center which is currently under construction on The Children's Campus of Kansas City. The Educare Center is part of the national Bounce Learning Network of Educare Programs.
