The Kansas Head Start Association (KHSA) is dedicated to strengthening early learning programs through advocacy, education and leadership. Founded in 1997, KHSA represents all 29 Head Start programs in Kansas, creating a unified voice and point of contact for partners and policymakers. KHSA supports many special projects and initiatives including health literacy, oral health, financial literacy, and advocacy.
